I'm not the kind who would like to publish something so negative online...but! This time, i have to. Because it's important how "You Make Other's Day" especially when we are dining in. Food, people. Don't mess with a hungry fella, or their food...or drink.

Ok here's the story.
Me & family plan to just have some ice cream & dessert since we had 2 big meals for the day.

1) Being served by this lady (i couldn't catch her name because her name was too tiny on her name tag.) i could forgive her insincerity when taking our orders but when i saw there's a fly in mai warm water. I asked her to change it, this lady actually ask me "This just happen or just now?" Hello~ was that even necessary to even ask me that? Just change the drink, for goodness sake. What difference - when it happened?

While waiting, i noticed 2 other tables that had "issues" with the same lady. So you can imagine how obvious her black-face was.

2) I think their supervisor might have a bad day. Ilyn her name.
As i called her to checked on mai mom's Coit Tower that had earlier been told to serve together with the meal. Ilyn said "If it's serve later, then the local order receipt will be given later!" Then i said "We've earlier mentioned 'Serve Now' when that lady asked." Obviously our Coffee Nutty (or something) ice cream order came, so which part of Serve Now for the other ice cream didn't they understand.

Ilyn's body language have been negative, because i noticed she 'banged' the cupboard across me like she was unhappy. God knows unhappy with what....

3) It made me not enjoy mai dine-in there. So i called up the 1st lady to get her to pack the food & i said "Sorry, i've got no appetite." Oh gosh, she HAD TO ask "No appetite? Oh not delicious is it?" with her tone like as if she's a friend of mine. Really? i just need her to pack. #rolleyes

4) I should be giving good feedback to the other lady who sent mai mom's Coit tower. Because SHE SMILE. That makes a big different.

Coming from a retail & customer service background, i feel the importance. One should always hide her blackface.

I would vote Boo! to Swensen's at Bedok Mall.. No way i'm going back there, Also too many flies. (Really? Higher level, indoor & there's flies?)
And mai favourite Swensen's will still be at ION & Changi Airport.

FYI to the lady who took our order. It's not our 1st visit in Swensen's. So your attitude was unneccessary. Thank you.
